Hba1c Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the hba1c platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior warning. To open an account, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and valid phone number.

All information provided during registration must be accurate and verifiable. hba1c reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national ID, passport, or other relevant documents at any stage of platform use. Failure to provide the requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered your own, regardless of whether you have granted access to another party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact the hba1c support team immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.

The hba1c platform offers a wide range of games and betting markets, including sports, Live Casino, and roulette, for the entertainment of adult users in Malaysia. Each game and market has its own specific rules, and users are required to understand those rules before placing any bets. Outcomes generated by the platform's system are final and cannot be disputed unless verifiable evidence of a technical error exists.

Users acknowledge that betting carries real financial risk and that the decision to play is entirely at the user's own discretion and responsibility.

Hba1c reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user account where there is reasonable evidence that the user has breached any provision of these terms. The final decision on each appeal rests entirely with hba1c management and will be communicated in writing to the user concerned.

Hba1c reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time in response to operational needs, changes in law, or relevant industry developments. Any material changes will be communicated to users via a notice on the platform or through their registered email address, and such changes will take effect within the period specified in the relevant notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the hba1c platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. Users agree to prioritise resolution through negotiation and mediation before pursuing any formal legal action. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
